University of Toronto

I am a clinical neuroscientist/data scientist trying to develop ways to mine the vast amounts of data acquired from epilepsy surgery candidates to improve epilepsy therapies and our understanding of the functional organization of the human brain. I currently work at the University of Toronto as a research associate in Dr. Chris Honey’s lab  at the Krembil Neuroscience Centre in Dr. Taufik Valiante’s lab. I was originally trained in cognitive neursocience and EEG data mining by  my PhD mentors, Drs. Marta Kutas and Scott Makeig. In addition to my research, I love programming and sharing my enthusiasm for science and statistics with others. I have produced freely available  code for EEG/iEEG analysis and some video tutorials on statistics.
